About the drawing…
We saw this elk and many others on a trip to Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado in September of 2016. I am a life member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and consider it one of the best conservation charities out there. It is always a thrill to get to hear elk bugling in the Fall. This particular buck was having a conversation with another buck on the other side of the valley. Even though it was September, it started to really snow while we were there.
